The focus of this program is multifaceted and may include:
Sales Tax Exemptions Investment Tax Credits Jobs Tax Credit
Utility Exemptions Code and Zoning Waivers Income & Interest Deductions
These incentives along with other incentives are made to encourage businesses in the Enterprize Zone. The Calumet Region Industrial Development Corporation works in conjunction with the Calumet Region Enterprize Zone as the marketing agent.
5 Tax Increment Finance Districts
Broad-based if the property is located within one mile of established districts in the Village.
Facade Improvement Program Infrastructure Assistance Site Development
Job Training Assistance Program Land Acquisition
